| Hey, I have been invited to a wedding. The girl that is getting married is a daughter of my co-worker. What do I get for a wedding gift? I have met her daughter once and I don't really know her taste. I asked her mother and she just keeps saying, " Get her anything you like". Please help me with this one!!! Thank you! |

you can ask your co-worker if her daughter has sign up for a gift registry, and base from that info, you can buy one of the things that are on her wish list. But if she doesn't have one, then maybe you should personally ask the bride what she/they want. But if the bride will still give you an unclear answer, then I'll suggest that you buy a general gift, meaning that you buy something that simple and useful for both them, or for their new place.
For example:
1) an elegant picture frame for their wedding picture (or Personalized Signature Mat and Frame Kit) - i'm talking about the 8X10 or smaller frame(s) (I got a very nice crystal picture frame for our wedding 3 years ago, and I really like it. I place it in our living w/ our wedding picture).
2)you could get them status that is graved with their names.
3) Honeymoon photo album (I guarantee you that they will take hundreds of pictures on their honeymoon, and therefore for sure they will appreciate you photo album 
OR: Personalized Photo Pillows
Spa Slippers for brides and grooms
Personalized coaster
Handmade paper napkins
Watercolor painting
Silver plated vase
NOTE: keep in mind that if the bride and groom are young, then most likely you should look for something more modern looking.
